Air-conditioning
Separate executive and disabled persons toilets are provided at each office floor. The executive toilet includes a shower. A separate pantry space is provided at each floor equipped with built-in counter sink and storage cabinets.
The base building services shall be provided to the highest standards.
A fully automatic electronically controlled lift system shall be provided incorporating specialist tenant facilities including restrictive access to security floors, voice announcement and CCTV security.
Fourteen (14) passenger lifts shall be provided for the office tower divided into four(4) lift zones providing efficient and high quality service. One (1) combined firemen's/service lift will serve the office tower. Additional lifts are provided for service and firemen's use in the podium levels.
All office floors will be provided with a dual duct low pressure airconditioning system incorporating VAV boxes and individual temperature control for approximately 30
separate zones on each floor.
Each
floor is provided with a separate air handling unit. Separate
ventilation systems are provided for the toilet areas.
The system is designed to provide a very high quality of airconditioning with in-built flexibility to serve individual tenant requirements for temperature control and office subdivision.
