means, conditions and developments in the commercial life for the receiving state, reporting thereon to the Government of the sending state, and giving information to persons interested (see the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, Article 5, paragraphs (b) and (c)). It could be argued that ancillary accommodation for the purposes of the Consulate-General under Clause 7(a) would include accommodation for the British Trade Commission, the British Overseas Trade Board and the Northern Ireland Development Board, but it would be better to make the position
