The Architect should provide the name only of the consultants and Quantity Surveyor advising him in his proposal. Detailed submission from these firms will be dealt with separately.
Architect's submission should be made by 10 April 1992 in Hong Kong. Receipt of submission in UK will be accepted up to 13 April 1992.
The earliest date for possession of the site is 1 January 1993. The latest date is 1 April 1993.
