I took the opportunity of the visit to obtain additional information, which will be necessary at the working drawing stage of the project, for AV and Computer facilities (P12), Placement Room (P34a), Multi-purpose hall (P38), Teachers area/work place

(P63), Repair Room (P78c), Studio/Recording room (P79) and Classrooms. The additional information will now be incorporated in the current SOR. However, not all of the information requested was available and Mr Lee agreed to let me have, as soon as possible, the following:

(a)

advice on the number of cubicles required for the AV and Computer facilities areas.

(b) basic list of furniture/furnishings, equipment and power requirements for the multi-purpose hall

(c)

(d)

confirmation by 9 March that there is a high ceiling requirement of 3.25m for the Studio/Recording room (P79)

details, again by 9 March, of any other high ceiling requirements.
