that in the event of Government having made a financial contribution of 100% towards the cost of construction, addition to or improvement of the building or buildings or parts thereof then no compensation shall be payable in respect of such building or buildings or parts thereof resumed.

subject to (i) above that in the event of Government having made a financial contribution of less than 100% towards the cost of construction, addition to or improvement of the building or buildings or parts thereof then there shall be deducted from the sum certified in (b) above, a separate amount in respect of the construction of or any addition to or improvement of the building or buildings or parts thereof which shall be calculated according to the equation set out hereunder :-

the amount to be deducted from the sum certified in (b) above

the financial contribution made by Government towards the cost of construction, addition to or improvement of the building or buildings or parts thereof resumed

the sum which in the opinion of the Director has been reasonably expended by the Grantee at the material time or times towards the

construction, addition to or

improvement of the building or

buildings or parts thereof resumed

the sum certified in (b) above.

Spaces shall be provided within the lot to the

satisfaction of the Director for the parking, loading and unloading of motor vehicles to meet the operational requirements of the lot.
