ANNEX A

INFORMATION REQUIRED

The information you are to provide is as follows:

1 Development of outline design from FCO/OED Briefing, including Structural/PH, Mechanical and Electrical, Interior and Landscaping proposals.

Your submission should consist of:-

(a) 2 sets of not more than 8 No. Al sheets, mounted on stiff boards with corner pin fittings present in landscape (horizontal) format with two copies of paper prints, one set delivered to Swires Property Projects Ltd and one set to OED Croydon.

Sketch Designs of buildings of at least 1:200 scale showing plans, sections, elevations, massing and

elevational treatment; and a detail of a selected part of the building. Building plans should be orientated consistently with the site plan.

Models are not required as part of the submission, but photographs of models may be included.

A short report should be included with the submission to include:-

(i) short explanation of design concepts

description of proposed construction

(iii)

details of finishes/services not shown on drawings

(iv)

strategy for future design development

(v)

cost plan (see Appendix 11 of Design Brief)

(vi)

a fee proposal for the Architectural Services commission together with details of your proposed staffing arrangements including the CVs of the senior staff and their current commitments (a fee proposal for the combined consultants services is not specifically requested, however, due note will be made of any separate proposal in this respect).
