United States of America even if so requested. however, this indicates is the fact that Private Treaty Grants have in the past been the subject of particular negotiation with specific provisions included to suit the particular circumstances of the case. The statement therefore by Government to yourselves that all Private Treaty Grants are basically on similar standard terms and conditions is simply not correct as reflected here;

on page 9 there is the usual proviso whereby the Crown may resume possession of the demised premises if required for any public purpose upon giving due notice to the lessee and paying appropriate compensation.
