At the "wash-up" meeting Mr Heap stressed that we should (a) use, whenever practical, British Companies throughout the project even for QS and Engineering Consultancies. and (b) keep the BTC fully informed e.g. by sending them side copies of all correspondence with Consultants etc until further notice.
