EXTRADITION OF LI TZU FROM SWITZERLAND

Please find attached a copy of a telex sent by the Federal Department of Justice and Police to the Attorney General's Chambers in Hong Kong informing them that Li Tzu has filed an appeal to the Swiss Supreme Court against the FDJP's decision to extradite him to Hong Kong. It is likely to be several months before the appeal is heard.
