Extradition of Dr Rais Bin Saniman from France

Line to take

Hong Kong have been trying to secure Dr Rais Bin Saniman's

extradition since 1986.

This concerns the largest fraud case ever in Hong Kong and

a matter of wide public interest.

In the light of the 'recours gracieux' we have submitted

on Hong Kong's behalf, hope you will encourage Ministry of

Justice to review their decision not to extradite

Dr Rais Bin Saniman.

We share an interest in Hong Kong's economic success

which requires public confidence in the rule of law: Saniman will get a fair trial in Hong Kong.
