The list of BMFL documents confiscated by the Royal Hong Kong

Police specifying those subsequently returned, referred to in the

Minutes of the Noordin Committee dated 6th February 1984, in

particular but not limited to the the personal notes and papers,

confidential files, correspondence and diaries, of Jalil Ibrahim.

All documents with regard to the complaint made by the Malaysian

Government to the Hong Kong Government or the British Government

that the Hong Kong authorities were using the documents seized in

connection with the murder of Jalil Ibrahim for other purposes as

referred to in paragraph 22(a) of the Affirmation of the Applicant

dated 27th January 1992.

The statements made by Mak Foon-Than to Inspector McKillop on 4th,

5th, 6th and

and 8th August 1983 implicating Tengku Razaleigh, in

particular the statement or statements not produced at his trial,
