VISA WAIVER AGREEMENT BETWEEN HONG KONG AND CZECHOSLOVAKIA.

\ 1. Would you please refer to your letter to the Ambassador of 6 November last forwarding a copy of the Visa Waiver Agreement

signed with Poland.

2. As you suggested, we have passed a copy of the Agreement to

the Czechoslovak Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs and are

awaiting their comments. In the meantime, I am enclosing a revised draft text, based on the Polish model, for a Hong Kong- CSFR agreement. I should be grateful if you would look at this and let me know if, assuming their reaction to the Polish model is encouraging, we should formally put it to the Federal autho-

rities.
