An application in the EC has to go through the following

(a) screening of applications;

(b)

data entry;

(c)

personality checks and verification interviews;

(d) submission of names of qualified EC applicants to the Steering

Committee;

(e).

confirmation of no change in circumstances by applicants;

(f)

Governor's recommendation for registration;

(g)

Secretary of State's approval for registration; and

(h)

issue of registration certificates.
