I submit for Ministerial approval a further list of 9 British Undertakings approved by the Advisory Group in Hong

Kong.

2.

The British Trade Commission in Hong Kong recently

completed a review of the list of British Undertakings with Immigration Department Hong Kong. As a result of this they discovered that a handful of companies which had been

approved by the Special Advisory Committee had never been

forwarded to London for endorsement. These names have now

been forwarded to the DTI for checking with Companies House. The DTI have confirmed that the four British parent companies listed under categories A and B are registered at Companies

House and that they are content that all the companies on the list should be approved.
