REFERENCE OUR TELNO 138: BRITISH UNDERTAKINGS

1.

The following two lists of 63 British Undertakings have now been approved by Ministers. A third list contains the names of pine organizations that do not meet our guidelines and cannot be considered as British Undertakings. This includes the Royal Mint which is a Government Department. However a person who has worked for the Royal Mint would anyway have been in Crown Service for the purposes of the Order.

2. There remains another 36 names, organisations (mainly Hospitals, Universities and Colleges of Technology) whose status' have still to be resolved satisfactorily. We hope to resolve these shortly and to let you know as soon as possible.
