Further to my fax of 2 January, the remaining names in your fax of 19 December have been checked both at Companies House and with us. We have the following comments:
List A
BP Petroleum Development Ltd is not registered at Companies House. The entry for BP is British Petroleum Co plc. Is this a subsidiary or just mis-named?
The entry for Rothmans is Rothmans International plc.
List B
On Tradition (Asia) Ltd, there is a Tradition Limited listed; I assume this should be the parent company?

Substantive Comments Requiring Clarification
On Blacks Far East and Greenfields International Ltd, I would be grateful for further clarification. There is no Milletts listed nor Milletts Group, plc etc. The Milletts companies listed are ones like "Milletts Mail Order", "Milletts Europe", "Milletts (UK Town) etc. There is a Millets Leisure Ltd listed.
