All the 23 OGs in Annex 1 of

the Schedule to the 1990

Order and the existing 6 AOS

should remain unchanged.

CONFIDENTIAL

"Librarians & Related

Professionals" should be

accommodated within the

existing framework for specified OGS in the GOC

(hence no need for

legislative amendments).
