Twentieth Batch of Applicants in the Sensitive Service Class Ready for the Governor's Recommendation

Purpose

This paper informs members of the 20th batch of Sensitive Service Class (SSC) applications which, subject confirmation of no further changes in the applicants' circumstances, win be submitted to the Governor for recommendation to the Secretary of State for registration as British citizens under the British Nationality (Hong Kong) Act 1990.

Members are invited to note the composition of the 20th batch of qualified SSC applications, the running total and the quota for each category in the first phase of the scheme, as set out in paragraph 3.
