Your letter of 3 August 1992 to Ms Cookson Hall was passed to this department for action. I apologise for the delay in replying. This was partly due to having to obtain the leaflets from other government departments.
I enclose various leaflets sent to us by the Inland Revenue and the Department of Social Security. Unfortunately these will not be of much use to people living outside the UK as only residents are able to enjoy the various social and financial benefits available here. However I hope that these leaflets will go some way in answering some of the questions asked of
