Application period and response

All applicants, unless invited to apply, were required to submit their applications in the three-month period from 1 December 1990: to 28 February 1991. Applications under the sensitive service class-and: the entrepreneurs class were normally by invitation and the invitees were requested to submit their applications within the period specified in the invitation.
