UK/JAPAN BILATERAL SUMMIT: 4 JULY 1992

Following the EC Japan Summit and its working lunch, Prime Minister, again accompanied by the Foreign Secretary and Mr Goodlad met the Japanese Prime Minister supported by Special Envoy Mr Matsunaga for just over
