Line to take
It is government's intention that the ACPS should be completed as soon as possible in order to minimize economic disbenefits that the saturation of Kai Tak would bring. A very stringent cost control mechanism would be adopted to ensure the cost effectiveness of the projects. The quality of life of the people is therefore not only well safe-guarded but the ACPS will actually materially enhance our quality of life.
