Kuala Lumpur: Members of the party accommodated in the Crown Princess Hotel will be on conference terms, ie the High Commission will pay the cost of the suites/rooms, standard breakfast, service and taxes, and each individual will receive half the Class A rate to cover all other expenses.

v) The detectives require no subsistence. The Embassy/ British Trade Commission/High Commission should pay for their hotel room, service charges and tax, debiting the Metropolitan Police.

ADMINISTRATION

The party will be administered by the undersigned in conjunction with the Embassy, Manila; Government House/British Trade Commission, Hong Kong and British High Commission, Kuala Lumpur. She will travel in advance of the official party, meeting up with them in Manila. After
