MR GOODLAD'S TRAVEL PLANS

1. I note from your minute of today's date to Mr Ricketts that it is possible that the OPD (K) meeting scheduled for 15 September may well be cancelled. If so this would simplify Mr Goodlad's travel plans as set out in my submission of 28 July. In those circumstances we would propose that he visited Hong Kong, Vietnam and Cambodia from 11 to 25 September and Indonesia and Thailand from 10-17 October.
