Dear der Sutton,

I attach, as requested by John Woodrow of Hong Kong Department, a more detailed programme for the Lord President's visit to Hong Kong. The finalised pocket sized version will be given to you on arrival.

2.

I understand from Mr Woodrow that you were not quite sure where you would be staying. This concerns me somewhat since in July the Governor offered to put up the Lord President at Government House. We assumed that you

hed

been informed of this. As for arrival arrangements, the Governor's Aide-de-Camp, Mr Filipe de Oliveira, will meet the party and bring you to Government House. I hope that you are happy with these arrangements.

3.

If vou have any queries, please do not hesitate to call me on 523 2031 or fax me on 810 1592.

4.

I hope that you have an enjoyable and successful visit to New Zealand.

Bat wither, BofA
