EPC PRESIDENCY BILATERAL MEETING AT MINISTERIAL LEVEL WITH NEW ZEALAND, FRIDAY 18 SEPTEMBER 1992

Please find attached a call for briefs for the above meeting which will be led on the UK side by the Secretary of State, and on the New Zealand side by Don McKinnon, Minister of Foreign Affairs, External Relations and Trade.

2.

Given that the Secretary of State will be familiar with the subject of Hong Kong, Private Office have asked not to be given a full brief, but a checklist of points to make and a short background note.
