Close cooperation from the Chinese so far (keeping to their undertakings in the airport MOU to deal positively and quickly), both Airport Committee and Land Commission have
made good start on current issues.
Not privy to Hong Kong's assessment of fixed crossing tenders, but hope that both British and Japanese companies will do well. Level playing-field.
