the defendant asked his relative TSANG (Zeng) XX, a patrol

officer of the Nan [illegible] Police Substation of the

Shenzhen Public Security Bureau, to provide him with some

restricted documents and certificates. He subsequently

obtained four expired border permits, two of which he

smuggled from the country and handed over to the enemy spy

organization. In the same year, when our country began to

defendant, through his relative TSANG (Zeng) XX, collected
