Dear Friends,

We will be in Hong Kong at the end of the month.

Paris, April 1, 1992

All the information we're able to receive from China indicate that our initiative has come at the right moment.

There are telling signs of independent activity in China which are growing every day.

Our international delegation will therefore have the possibility to make a number of contacts. We propose the following agenda for your consideration:

·

Sunday, April 26. Arrival in Hong Kong.

Could you tell us on which flight you will be arriving so that we can come and pick you up at the airport?

• Monday 27. Initial meeting with the international delegation and the Chinese Alliance for Democracy, followed by a meeting with the Hong Kong Trade Unions Confederation.

• Tuesday 28. Departure for China. Of course you will be receiving more details at your arrival.

• Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30. Meetings and contacts in China itself.

$

Friday May 1st Meeting in Hong Kong with democratic organisations and trade unions to give a report-back of the past two days. Meeting to discuss together the means for permanent exchange and collaboration.

If you have remarks, suggestions or proposals, they would be greatly welcome.

For any practical details, do not hesitate to contact us within the next three weeks.

Sincerely,

A. Denizo.
