This is to confirm my advice on 5 June that VIP facilities at Hillingdon Suite (Heathrow Terminal 3) have been booked for Mr Patten, covering also Mrs Patten and their two daughters, for their departure flight on 5 July 1992. The booking reference is 5/075492.

Heathrow Security strongly urge VIPS to arrive at the airport no later than one hour prior to the scheduled time of departure. Please draw this to Mr Patten's attention. Please also let me know the registration number of the car which Mr Patten will use for transfer to the airport, and the driver's name, for arrangement of security

access.

Mr and Mrs Yaxley will see Mr and Mrs Patten off
