And we do hereby command all and singular Our
Officers and loving subjects in Hong Kong, and all others
whom it may concern, to take due notice hereof and to give
their ready obedience accordingly.
III.
And We do hereby direct that this Our
Commission shall determine upon signification to that
effect being given by Us through one of Our Principal
Secretaries of State.
