Spokesman announced that the Pakistan Prime Minister, His Excellency

Mohammad Nawaz Sharif, would visit the United Kingdom from 16 to 20 June at the invitation of the Prime Minister.

GOVERNOR-DESIGNATE TO HONG KONG: SUPPORT STAFF

Spokesman said that the Governor-Designate to Hong Kong planned to appoint two personal advisers to the Government House staff in Hong Kong. They were Mr Martin Dinham and Mr Edward Llewellyn.

Mr Dinham was a career civil servant who was Private Secretary to Mr Patten for a part of the time when he was Minister for Overseas Development. He was at present Head of the South East Asia Development Division in Bangkok.

Mr Llewellyn worked at present in the Conservative Party's Research Department.

Mr Patten had no further appointments in mind at present.
