HONG KONG GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHS

As you will appreciate, the (Hong Kong) Government Information Services would like some official pictures of Mr. and Mrs. Patten and family, and Mr. Patten alone, for their use.

We would arrange to use a photographer in London (possibly COI) to do this assignment for us. Some thought would need to be given to venue bearing in mind the photographic paraphernalia involved.

If this is acceptable to Mr. and Mrs. Patten, perhaps you could suggest a timing convenient to them.
