"dangerous drug" means:

(1)

(ii)

in relation to Hong Kong, any of the

drugs or substances specified in Part I

of the First Schedule to the Dangerous

Cap.134 as amended from

Drugs Ordinance

time to time; or

in relation to Malaysia, any of the

drugs or substances specified in the

First

Schedules to the Dangerous Drugs

Act 1952 (Act 234) and the Poisons Act

1952 (Act 366) (Revised 1989), as

amended from time to time;

"instrumentalities"

intended to be used in connection

with drug

trafficking.

ARTICLE 3

CENTRAL AUTHORITIES

A Central Authority shall transmit and receive

all requests for the purposes of this Agreement.
