HONG KONG DRUG TRAFFICKING AGREEMENTS WITH USA, CANADA AND AUSTRALIA

1. With reference to our telephone conversation, please find enclosed the signed text of Hong Kong's Drug Trafficking Agreement with Australia and the French language text of Hong Kong's Drug Trafficking Agreement with Canada. There are no Chinese texts of the Agreements with the USA, Canada and Australia.

I have now received confirmation from Hong Kong that these Agreements have not been published by Hong Kong Government. So these copies would seem to be the best available, I'm afraid.

I would be grateful if you could tell me when the

Agreements are likely to be registered with the UN so that I can pass the information on to Hong Kong. Please get in touch if there are any further problems.
