REGISTRATION OF DRUG TRAFFICKING AGREEMENTS WITH UN

1. Thank you for your faxed letter of today's date. I'm afraid we need to know two further items of information concerning the Agreements before they can be registered with the UN: i) the date of entry into force of each of the USA, Canada and Australia Agreements; ii) the date of notification of each Agreement for both countries. Thus we need three dates for (i) and six dates for (ii).

Hopefully when we have this information the registration of the Agreements can go ahead without further problems.
