Her Majesty's Pricipal Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs presents his compliments to the

Secretary-General of the United Nations and, with reference to

the Regulations to give effect to Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations, has the honour to transmit herewith a certified copy and two uncertified copies of each of the undermentioned Agreements:

i)

Agreement between the Government of Hong Kong and the Government of Canada concerning the Investigation of Drug Trafficking and Confiscation of the proceeds of Drug Trafficking signed at Hong Kong on 14 November 1990;

ii) Agreement between the Government of Hong Kong and the Government of Australia concerning the Investigation and the Confiscation of the proceeds of Drug Trafficking signed at Hong Kong on 22 April 1991.

iii) An Agreement between the Government of Hong Kong and the

Government of the United States of America concerning the

confiscation and Forfeiture of the Proceeds and

Instrumentalities of Drug Trafficking signed at Hong Kong on

23 November 1990.
