(e) "dangerous drug" means:

(i) ·

(ii)

in relation to Hong Kong, any of the

drugs or substances specified in Part I

of the First Schedule to the Dangerous

Drugs Ordinance Cap.134 as amended from

time to time; or

in relation to Malaysia, any of the

drugs or substances specified in the

First Schedules to the Dangerous Drugs

Act 1952 (Act 234) and the Poisons Act

1952 (Act 366) (Revised 1989), as

amended from time to time;

(f)

"instrumentalities" means property used or

intended to be used in connection with drug

trafficking.

ARTICLE 3

CENTRAL AUTHORITIES

A Central Authority shall transmit and receive

all requests for the purposes of this Agreement. Unless

the relevant Party designates another authority, the

Central Authority for the Government of Hong Kong shall be

the Attorney General or his duly authorized officer; and

the Central Authority for the Government of Malaysia shall

be the Inspector General of Police or a person designated

by him.
