ARTICLE 12

CONSULTATION

The Parties shall consult promptly, at the

request of either, concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement either generally or in

relation to a particular case.

ARTICLE 13

ENTRY INTO FORCE, EXPIRY AND TERMINATION

1.

This
