(b)

"proceeds" means any property that is derived

by any

or realised, directly or indirectly,

person from drug trafficking,

any such property;

or the value of

(c) "property" includes money and all kinds of

moveable Or immoveable and tangible OI

intangible property, and includes any interest

in such property;

(d)

"drug trafficking" means engaging or being

concerned,

unlawful

directly or indirectly,

cultivation, production,

possession for supply, transport,

in the

supply,

storage,

import or export of a dangerous drug ΟΙ

assisting another to retain or dispose of the

proceeds of drug trafficking, whether in Hong

Kong,

Australia or elsewhere;

(e)

"dangerous drug" means :

(i) in relation to Hong Kong, any of the

drugs Or

substances specified in

Part I of the First Schedule to the

Dangerous Drugs Ordinance Cap. 134

as amended from time to time; or

rcotic

(ii) in relation to Australia, a narcoti

substance as defined in the Proceeds

of Crime Act 1987.
