to the law of the requested Party, would justify his

committal for trial if the offence had been committed

within the jurisdiction of the requested Party.

(4)

If the request relates to a person already

convicted and sentenced, or convicted but not yet

sentenced, it shall also be accompanied by:

(a) in respect of a person convicted and

sentenced, a certificate of the conviction

and sentence and a statement showing how much

of the sentence has not been carried out; and

(b) in respect of a person convicted but not yet

sentenced, a statement to that effect by the

appropriate court and the warrant of arrest.
