bodily harm; revolt or conspiracy to revolt

by two or more persons on board a ship on the

high seas against the authority of the

master;

unlawful seizure or exercise of control of an

aircraft:

impeding the arrest or prosecution of a

person who has or is believed to have

committed an offence for which surrender may

be granted under this Agreement and which is

punishable according to the laws of both

Parties by imprisonment for a period of five

years or more;

(XXXV) piracy;

(xxxvi)

an attempt or conspiracy or instigation or

incitement to commit, or participation in,

any offence for which surrender may be

granted under this Agreement;

an offence for which fugitive offenders may

be surrendered under any International
