We have received from the Dutch Consul-General here a Dutch text of the Hong Kong/Netherlands Initialled Agreement Unfortunately, it probably on Surrender of Fugitive Offenders. does not reflect the following changes which we have agreed with
them:
(a)
first preambular paragraph punctuation should be '
(line 4): 1 instead of ';';
the
(b)
(c)
it should read on every person in accordance
third preambular paragraph: "recalling the rights conferred involved
criminal proceedings
