ARTICLE 10

AUTHENTICATION

(1)

in Any document that, accompanies a request for surrender shall be admitted in

accordance with Article 9,

evidence,

in any proceedings in if authenticated,

jurisdiction of the requested Party.

(2) A document is authenticated for the purposes of this

Agreement if:

(a) it purports to be signed or certified by

Magistrate

or

other officer

authorized

a a Judge,

by the

requesting Party; and

(b)

it purports to be sealed with an official

or public

seal of the requesting Party or of an officer of the

requesting Party.
