ARTICLE 10

AUTHENTICATION

(1) Any document that, in accordance with Article 9,

accompanies a request for surrender shall be admitted in

evidence, if authenticated, in any proceedings in the

jurisdiction of the requested Party.

(2) A document is authenticated for the purposes of this

Agreement if:

(a) it purports to be signed

to be signed or certified by a Judge,

authorized by the

Magistrate ΟΙ other

officer

requesting Party; and

(b) it purports to be sealed with an official or public

seal of the requesting Party or of an officer of the

requesting Party.
