CONFIDENTIAL
(2) An Order in Council made under any of the enactments to
which this Part of this Act applies or this Part of this Act shall
be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament and may be revoked or varied by a subsequent Order in
Council.
(3) Any reference in the enactments to which this Part of this Act applies or this Part of this Act to the provisions of an Order in Council shall include a reference to the provisions of any order or regulation made, or instructions given, under the Order in
Council.

Section 58. Any Order in Council, order or regulations made under any enactment to which this Part of this Act applies or this Part of this Act in relation to aircraft may provide. for the detention of aircraft to secure compliance with the Order in Council, order or regulations, as the case may be, or with any enactment to which this Part of this Act applies in connection with which the Order in Council, order or regulations is or are made, and may make such further provision as appears to Her Majesty in Council or to the Governor, as the case may be, to be necessary or expedient for securing such detention.
Similar provisions are required but
references to Orders in Council and "this Act" should be replaced with
references to this Ordinance and
regulations made thereunder by the
Governor in Council.
