ARTICLE 6 JURISDICTION

For the purposes of ARTICLE 4(1)(c) the original

court shall be regarded as having jurisdiction if

(a) the

judgment debtor, being a defendant in the

original

court, submitted to the jurisdiction

of that court by voluntarily appearing in the

proceedings;

(b)

the

judgment debtor was plaintiff in, or

in, the proceedings in the

counterclaimed

original court;

(c)

the

original

of the

judgment debtor, being a defendant in the

court, had before the commencement

proceedings agreed, in respect of the

matter of the proceedings, to submit

jurisdiction of that court or of the

subject

to the

courts of the original Law District;

(a)

the

judgment debtor, being a defendant in the

original court, was at the time when the

proceedings were

resident

instituted habitually

in, or being a body corporate had

its principal place of business in, the

original Law District;
