ARTICLE 1
DEFINITIONS
In this
agreement
the
expressions
shall, unless the
following words and
context otherwise requires
have the meanings assigned to them in this Article:
(a) "appeal" includes any proceeding by way of
discharging or setting aside a judgment or an
application for a new trial, or a stay of
execution;
(b)
"judgment" means
described
any decision however
(judgment,
order and the like),
given by a court in a civil or commercial
matter, and includes
a judgment or order in criminal proceedings
for payment of a sum of money in respect of
compensation or damages to an injured person
