With reference to your fax to Ricketts, HKD of 11 November the draft model agreement on the reciprocal enforcement of judgements - I'm afraid part of the fax came out illegible at our end. Could you fax pages 7, 8 and 12 of the agreement again please, or the whole thing if that is easier. Sorry for the trouble.

2. Your telno 2687 also mentioned that the draft consultation paper would be faxed to us shortly (para 5). Is this on its way yet?
