Arrangements for the Recíprocal Recognition and Enforcement of Civil Judgments in Civil

and Commercial Matters

INTRODUCTION

It is

important,

in

the

interests

of the

community as

a whole,

but

local

businessmen

particular, to have an effective scheme which enables money
